This is a special bus journey from Puno (Peru) to La Paz (Bolivia) on which you will be stop in Copacabana and you be able to visit the famous Isla del Sol.
On this bus journey, passengers are picked up from their hotel in Central Puno in the morning and they will be drop off in Copacabana in early in the afternoon. There they will be able t visit the city and/or visit the famous Isla del Sol.
According to Inca legend the “isla del sol” is an island in the Lake Titicaca that was home of the sun god “Inti” and was the birthplace of the original founders of the Inca Empire. You will be able take a round trip in a private boat (at extra cost) to see the ancestral terracing and ruins of the southern part of the island as well as the existing island communities.
In Copacabana passengers will be able to take the bus toward La Paz at 6.00pm the same or if they prefer take a bus the next day (or followings days) at 6.30pm at no extra charge.
All buses have seats with at least 140° recline.
This transfer service is an excellent alternative to enjoy and visit the area and learn more about the starts of the Inca’s empire.

Buses departs at 8:00am. Pick up at hotel are only in Central Puno.
Pickups takes place between 7:30 – 8:00am.
Stop at the Peru/Bolivia border for migration passport control
During this stop passengers will be able to take a 4 hours boat trip to the Isla del Sol and go back by 6pm to take a bus towards La Paz.
Passengers can take the 6pm after their visits the same day or if they wish they will be stay 1 night (accommodation not included) to visit deeper the area and take a bus (without extra cost) the next day at 6pm.
Take a Ferry to cross the river on the bus (at no extra cost).
