Peruways’ Cusco–Sacred Valley tours cover the standard loop: Cusco city, then Pisac, Ollantaytambo, and Chinchero through the valley.
In Cusco the trip starts with the Plaza de Armas and the Cathedral, Qorikancha (the Temple of the Sun with the Santo Domingo convent on top), and Sacsayhuamán (the fortress above the city with 100-ton stones).
Pisac is the first Sacred Valley stop — Inca terraces running up the hillside, the ruined upper fortress, and the Sunday market. From there, Ollantaytambo, the only Inca town where the original urban plan is still in use. The ceremonial platform at Ollantaytambo was unfinished when the Spanish arrived.
Chinchero rounds out the loop — a weaving town where cooperatives still use natural dyes and backstrap looms. Lunch is usually here, with pachamanca cooked underground on hot stones.
