Overview

On this Sacred Valley full day tour which include 5 stops in Pisac Ruins, Pisac Market, Maras Moray and Ollantaytambo you will be picked up at your hotel in the morning.

As it is a private tour you can decide when you want to be picked up in the morning. However it is highly recommended to start the activity the earliest possible.

This private tour is perfect to avoid the masses of tourists and allows you plenty of time at each site.

The first placed visited will be Pisac. There you will be able to have a guide visit to discover the Pisac ruins and enjoy a free time on the Pisac market.

Then you will go to the town of Maras to visit the salt mines. This place has been used since pre-Inca times to obtain obtain high quality salt by evaporating salty water from a local subterranean stream.

Afterwards you will visit Moray archaeological site which is an unique Inca ruins, mostly consisting of several terraced circular depressions. Moray was an agricultural labs of the Incas.

You will have lunch break in the Urubamba before continuing your travel to Ollantaytambo.

In Ollantaytambo you will visit the Inca archaeological site which was a town that provided lodging for the Inca nobility.

After you full day visit you can stay in Ollantaytambo to take your train to Machu Picchu in the evening or if you want you can sleep in this town to take your train to Machu Picchu the next morning.

You can also go back to Cusco and be dropped off at Hotel or accommodation.

You can start this private activity any time between 6am and 9am. The point of departure will be at your hotel or accommodation within central Cusco.

By the end of the day after the tour you will be dropped off at your hotel in Central Cusco or you can stay in Ollantaytambo to take your train towards Machu Picchu.

This tour takes place in sunny or rainy / cold or warm weather. We suggest to visitors to check weather conditions on the month or day they book their activity

Please note that Salineras salt mine entrance ticket (10PEN/3USD) and Moray entrance ticket (70PEN/21USD) are not included on the tour price. Both tickets can be paid on the spot directly.
